Link Juice and Green Views

It's that time again when we announce new site enhancements. We are excited to announce that our upgrade to the latest release candidate for Movable Type went smoothly—enabling comment threading.

Now you can click the "Reply" link, next to a member's name, to respond directly to their viewpoint (if one doesn't exist, be the first to create one!). Viewpoints are a win for everyone who contributes—especially since we enable trusted members and respectful anonymous visitors to post HTML and links with a "follow" relationship. Yes, this means you can pass green link juice from this site to yours (especially if you comment and link from a post that has been assigned a pagerank). We have had to delete a number of unrelated comments, so remember to please share relevant discussion topics or reviews.

We have also enabled a login link (in the upper right corner). If you are not already a registered member, click the "Sign in" link and then "Sign Up!" You can also login in using a number of open protocols, including: OpenID, LiveJournal, Vox, TypeKey and Movable Type's native authentication.

We encourage you to register for an account because it provides access to edit your user profile; provides access to new site features as they become available; provides access to comment as a "trusted" commenter and a profile link which links to the URL you specify when you sign up.

You have our word that we will never rent, sell or share your email address. We take privacy very seriously. For this same reason, we don't subject you to gratuitous advertising. We simply want to share fresh green content and network with our passionate green friends.

Shhh, don't tell everyone about our green goodness because we want to keep the trolls away!
